You’ll love our home’s unique features: • Kitchen with custom handmade cabinets • Pine floors from an old NC railroad station • Stained glass windows • Life-sized children’s playhouse • Twin porch swing bed • Canoe access on our 0.7-acre pond The home sleeps 7 (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin). Need more beds? We can add 1 Queen air mattress, 1 Twin trundle, and 1 couch. Total up to 11 ppl.

FIRST FLOOR: Living room: This room is perfect for quality time with friends and family. Enjoy our Baby Grand Baldwin Piano or kick back to watch a movie. Our smart TV offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and much more. The couch can be a sleeping option for one. Dining room: This large dining room table and custom benches were imported from Turkey. Enjoy times of laughter together over meals. High chair available upon request. Kitchen: The Kitchen has one oven, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, single-serve Keurig, coffee maker, cutting boards, knives, and baking sheets. It is also fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, oil, spices, salt, pepper and much more. Screened in porch: -Table for four -Twin size porch swing bed Powder bath SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom #1: -1 King sized bed -Primary bathroom: Double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, spacious tile shower, connected to laundry room Bedroom #2: -Antique Full bed Bedroom #3: -Twin Bed with twin trundle -Pack-n-Play available upon request Bathroom #2: -Sink and bathtub with shower -Jack and Jill style connects bedrooms 2 and 3 Laundry room: -Washer and dryer THIRD FLOOR: -Built in Queen sized loft bed -Playroom with life-sized children's playhouse -Option to put queen inflatable mattress (getting guest total to 10) -Has a door at bottom of stairs to allow privacy for 3rd floor guests Note: -Decor and layout may have changed from when these photos were taken, but beds all remain the same. I.e. we added a boy to our family, so bedroom 3 is now mostly blue.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Airbnb policy. This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
