Great stay! The tiny home is clean, comfortable, and really well thought out. Everything you need is there, and the layout makes the space feel bigger than it is. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and having a workspace was a big plus. The fenced yard and fire pit looked great, though I didn’t get a chance to use it this time. Convenient location close to parks, shops, and downtown Durham. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning 200 year old house. Excellent condition and very spacious for large groups. Right next to UNC campus and Franklin Street. If you need a lot of space, you will not be disappointed. Great outdoor seating area as well. Host is responsive.

Wonderful place, great location, responsive time was good. The only thing I would say is that you should get a pin pad pad lock instead of having a key. Other than that 10/10

Great place! The host was intentional, offering little extras for all guests. We especially loved the board game selections. We booked this place for a homecoming reunion, and it was perfect. The house was an ideal backdrop for catching up and spending time together between other Homecoming activities. Everyone agreed we will be booking again next year.

This was a wonderful house to rent while visiting for parents weekend at Duke. The space was very clean, and the host was very responsive to our needs. I would rent this home again and recommend it to others.

Overall this was a great stay for my family and I. We came to town for an event at UNC Chapel Hill and the home was close to the Dean Smith Center. The home itself was clean, well maintained, and as described. It was comfortable yet very spacious. The home was private and quiet. The hosts were also very responsive and made themselves available throughout our stay. We would return here and highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was well-appointed, and in a great location close to a park for our girls, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area schools and neighborhoods. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Imad’s place was comfortable and felt like being at home. The area is peaceful and quiet, and felt safe to take walks. There are few activities to do just a short walk away. And the most gratifying aspect of this stay was how prompt, responsive, professional and kind was Imad’s approach to our requests. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. Thank you 🙏
