To enter home there are 3 steps. Living room- Sofa and two chairs, 60" smart TV Kitchen-Fully stocked, all new appliances. Bedroom- Custome queen bed with storage. Workspace Bathroom- Full bathroom with shower. Stackable washer and dryer. Loft space- with twin bed and workspace. Please note you take 11 steps up built-in ladder to access the loft area. *YYMCA Access: We have arranged with the YMCA for our guests to use their facilities at a rate of $25 per person, per day pass. The YMCA has multiple locations offering pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and more. You can also access the YMCA facilities in Durham and Chapel Hill.

Please note this tiny home is behind another home on the same lot. Do not worry! It still feels like a private separate area.
