Good to know
To enter home there are 3 steps. Living room- Sofa and two chairs, 60" smart TV Kitchen-Fully stocked, all new appliances. Bedroom- Custome queen bed with storage. Workspace Bathroom- Full bathroom with shower. Stackable washer and dryer. Loft space- with twin bed and workspace. Please note you take 11 steps up built-in ladder to access the loft area. *YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. Enjoy multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can use the YMCA’s in Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham.

Please note this tiny home is behind another home on the same lot. Do not worry! It still feels like a private separate area. Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Airbnb policy. This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
