Durham is coming back to life. When we moved here 12 years ago a major restoration was underway. Old tobacco warehouses were being remodeled into incredible restaurants, shopping centers and loft apartments. This neighborhood has that same charm. It's a beautiful blend of older homes with character and newly renovated. That's what we love. You will find wonderful neighbors of various ages and races.
