For gourmet cooks - do not hesitate to reach out before you arrive. We are happy to share what we provide to make more in depth meals. Bedroom #1: Bunk bed. Full bed on the bottom. Twin bed up top. Twin bed trundle underneath. Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed. Fenced in backyard - perfect for pets. This property is pet friendly. There is a one-time pet fee of $35 per pet for the duration of your stay. **Please note: There is another rental located behind the property, a Tiny House. The yards are NOT shared, but you will see a parking spot designated for the back rental. To accommodate a larger group , you are welcome to rent that location also. PS. we only allow up to 2 pets. Each pet has a $35 pet fee.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA's in Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Airbnb policy. This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
