Great place! The host was intentional, offering little extras for all guests. We especially loved the board game selections. We booked this place for a homecoming reunion, and it was perfect. The house was an ideal backdrop for catching up and spending time together between other Homecoming activities. Everyone agreed we will be booking again next year.

This was a wonderful house to rent while visiting for parents weekend at Duke. The space was very clean, and the host was very responsive to our needs. I would rent this home again and recommend it to others.

Overall this was a great stay for my family and I. We came to town for an event at UNC Chapel Hill and the home was close to the Dean Smith Center. The home itself was clean, well maintained, and as described. It was comfortable yet very spacious. The home was private and quiet. The hosts were also very responsive and made themselves available throughout our stay. We would return here and highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was well-appointed, and in a great location close to a park for our girls, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area schools and neighborhoods. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Imad’s place was comfortable and felt like being at home. The area is peaceful and quiet, and felt safe to take walks. There are few activities to do just a short walk away. And the most gratifying aspect of this stay was how prompt, responsive, professional and kind was Imad’s approach to our requests. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. Thank you 🙏

We had the pleasure of staying at the tiny house for four nights. For us, the location was great. The advantage was the loft, opposed to the sleep sofa offered at other houses. It was private and very clean and had the conveniences and supplies needed for our stay. Host was friendly and responsive. We would book again when traveling to Durham.

Brad's place is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a lot of walking trails and is close to downtown Durham, Chapel Hill, and I-40, which will get you to Greensboro in about 40 minutes and Raleigh in 25. The home is very comfortable and has all the conveniences one would want. The area is very quiet. Brad and co-host, Mike, are very friendly, and easy to reach out to. I would stay again!

Fabulous stay for a football weekend in Chapel Thrill! Location and proximity to Franklin Street and campus cannot be beat, and the historic nature of the property is so unique. Hope to stay again!

Brad and his team was great. We stayed at his listing for 1 month while we were in town working on a project. We stayed during the hottest time of the year and brad check in making sure the home was staying cool and had a portable air-conditioner ready if we needed it. Brad even had a heating and cooling company come check the unit to make sure everything was functioning correctly (without us even saying anything to him). Brad is a host that cares about his guest and neighbors. WHAT A GREAT HOST!
