Brad has a great home in a peaceful neighborhood that occupies a prime location near Southpoint, Chapel Hill, and downtown Durham. Brad provided clear instructions and remained responsive throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Brad and this home for anyone looking to stay in this location in the future!

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend and enjoyed this house very much. Lots of room to spread out, a well stocked kitchen to cook in and lots to walk to in the area. There are trains that run occasionally so it can be a bit noisy but Brad provides white noise machines in the bedrooms ( we personally did not use them). Brad is a great host and responds quickly to questions!
