Robert’s place was not only in a prime location but it was absolutely gorgeous. We utilized lots of the space and I had so much fun at this property. I will definitely be back!

This tiny home did not disappoint! It was really cute, pretty easy to find and the checkin/out process were very easy and straightforward. The location is also very good; it's near some very good places to eat and I was grateful it was near the hospital for an appointment I had during my stay. Neighborhood was safe and the hosts were great with communicating in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay there again!

Place was spotless, and I came in at 4 a.m. I was able to get in contact with someone to help me once I got there. Robert and his team were extremely responsive and very accommodating. I definitely will recommend and will be returning to use the space again. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Brad and William were great hosts!! The place is very nice and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen have lots of storage making it easy to get comfy. Even the showers had nice shelving! We had some utility issues from a recent storm and they proactively followed up regularly to ensure we were comfortable. Very easy check in and check out, too!

The townhouse is exactly as photographed. Immaculate, fully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The instructions for entry were clear, even including a helpful video just in case. The location is great for any activities you may want to do in Durham or Chapel Hill. I am so happy we choose this Air BnB for our family's vacation. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back. Book today! you will be so glad you did!

Our party of four spent 3 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to all of the action in Chapel Hill and very walkable proximity to campus. The house is spacious and we enjoyed the open layout and ability to hangout together in the living room. We have family in Chapel Hill and will certainly return to this property. I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at Brad's place. You have privacy, safety, and you can walk to one of the best breweries in the country (Ponysaurus). It was easy to check into the house, and Brad was very responsive with the one or two questions I had. He was very kind to include some local recommendations for me. The house was spacious and clean with a lot of space. It was just me for the stay, but you could easily fit a small group there. Durham is a wonderful place to visit, and I highly encourage you to stay with Brad if you visit the Bull City!

This Tiny House was perfect for the two of us. It was easy to find and comfortable. The back deck was great for morning coffee. We had challenges accessing the WiFi because we could not find the manual. The manual clearly explains everything. We will stay there again.
